I enjoy helping individuals and couples understand their inner world and build more authentic, fulfilling connections. I help clients notice the patterns that keep them feeling disconnected from themselves or from others, and move toward more meaningful relationships, greater emotional awareness, and a deeper sense of self-worth.

I work with teens, adults, and couples who want to communicate more openly, heal from past wounds, and create relationships that feel grounded and real. I support those navigating life transitions, self-esteem challenges, and sexual or relational struggles.

Clients would say I'm down-to-earth, non-judgmental, and authentically me. I’m a lifelong learner who believes that growth is an ongoing process — both in therapy and in life. I’m committed to my own continual growth so I can hold space for that transformation in others.
