Are experiencing the painful aftermath of trauma, who have faced discrimination due to their race, sexual or gender identity, body size, or abilities, and those that are struggling in their relationships with others or themselves.

I became a therapist because:

I wanted to help others break cycles of generational trauma, gain more understanding, and feel more connected to their most authentic self.
