I have a strong passion for healing. I believe in the power of restorative relationships, that everyone has the ability to rewrite unhelpful life narratives, the strength to transform their life, and break generational cycles of trauma.

Tend to parts of yourself that have been mistreated or left behind by hurtful past experiences. Through compassionate exploration and respect for the ways you’ve survived life so far, we will work through difficult emotions, unmet needs, and internal conflicts, so you can experience growth, acceptance, and lasting change.

A patient, attentive human, fueled by deep curiosity and compassion ready to walk with you through whatever stage of life you are in. My own personal depth therapy, 10+ years in the field, and formidable life experiences have helped me deeply understand that we’re all on a unique journey of healing.

Are experiencing the painful aftermath of trauma, who have faced discrimination due to their race, sexual or gender identity, body size, or abilities, and those that are struggling in their relationships with others or themselves. I work with those who have been feeling stuck in painful cycles, carrying weight of the past.

I wanted to help others break cycles of generational trauma, gain more understanding, and feel more connected to their most authentic self.
