I utilize evidence-based practices to assist clients and those EBPs include (CBT) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, (DBT) Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Somatic Techniques, (MI) Motivational Interviewing, and Positive Psychology.

I specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma and need to work through processing their trauma and learning skills to stay grounded when trauma memories/triggers present themselves.

I became a therapist because:

I used to be a yoga teacher and wanted to continue to help people in a deeper way. Yoga is what gave me this great career and ability to help you!

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer therapy to all in California and I also used to teach yoga for a number of years and can teach yoga breathing exercises to those interested.
