My clients describe me as kind, direct, and easy to talk to.
My hope is to provide a compassionate and supportive space for reflection and growth, with a therapeutic style that has been described as present, warm, and relaxed.
Integrating self-compassion concepts and research throughout my practice, I encourage clients to recognize their strengths, make space for imperfections, and challenge abusive inner dialogues.
I work with adults from a wide variety of backgrounds who are struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship and family conflicts, trauma, loss, work and school stress, and difficult life transitions.
I also specialize in working with family members who may be struggling with patterns of codependency and managing the effects of living in households where addiction was or is present.
