Once I understand my clients’ goals and strengths, I take a solution-focused approach, drawing from CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy. Together, we explore how they’ve reached their current place and develop actionable steps to move toward collaboratively defined goals for growth and improvement.

My clients describe me as warm, collaborative, and insightful. They appreciate my ability to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where they feel heard and supported while being gently challenged to grow. I strive to bring empathy, authenticity, and practical guidance to every session.

I specialize in working with teens, adults, couples, and families who want to explore the impact of neurodivergence (ADHD, ASD, OCD, BPD I/II), low self-esteem, attachment issues, motivation challenges, or communication difficulties, as well as the anxiety and depression that often accompany these experiences.

I became a therapist because I’m passionate about helping people find clarity, healing, and empowerment in their lives. I believe everyone has the capacity for growth and change, and I feel deeply fulfilled supporting others as they navigate challenges, build resilience, and create more meaningful, balanced lives.

I earned my Masters degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of North Carolina – Wilmington, and have roughly six years of direct practice experience, but I’ve lived my entire life with my own neurodivergent challenges and have learned a host of nuanced approaches to supporting people through theirs.
