I commonly use principles and techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Trauma resiliency model, somatic work for nervous system regulation and Mindfulness techniques.

I have been in the field for over 20 years in settings such as; School-based, Community Mental Health, Probation, Hospital, Life Style Medicine, Regional Center, Intensive Trauma Care, just to mention a few. I now take my passion to private practice.
