My approach is client-centered, blending humanistic and experiential methods—including art therapy—with IPNB to support emotional expression and mind-body awareness. I also use trauma-focused CBT and narrative work to reframe thoughts, build meaning, and cultivate resilience in an empowering healing space.

Together we will explore your experiences, understand your emotions, and move toward meaningful change. My hope is to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported as you grow and heal at your own pace. I aim to walk alongside you with curiosity, helping you build insight, resilience, and connection to yourself.

My clients describe me as warm, grounding, and genuinely present. They often say I bring a calm, compassionate energy that helps them feel safe opening up. They appreciate my curiosity, thoughtfulness, and ability to gently guide them toward deeper insight, resilience, and meaningful change.

I work with adolescents, adults, and families facing anxiety, depression, grief, stress, self-esteem issues, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions. I have a strong foundation in grief work, helping clients process losses of loved ones or major life changes.

I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to understanding people’s stories and supporting them through challenging moments. Witnessing how connection, compassion, and insight can transform someone’s life inspires me. I want to offer a space where healing feels possible and people feel less alone.

I hold a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Oaks College and have experience working with youth and families across school and community settings. Outside of my professional life, I find balance and inspiration in nature with my dogs, visiting theme parks, reading, and journaling.
