I would describe my approach to therapy as relational and focused on the mind-body connection. I am also trained in Brainspotting, a method of therapy which enables you to access, process, and release trauma "stored" in the body.

My ultimate hope in therapy for my clients is to cultivate attunement and trust within themselves and others.

Colleagues and clients most often describe my style as a therapist as warm and compassionate, silly, and authentic.

I work primarily with young adults/adults in helping professions, those healing from burnout or trauma, and clients with self-esteem/body image concerns. I am an LGBTQ+ affirming, culturally inclusive, and body/fat positive therapist.
