Colleagues and clients most often describe my style as a therapist as authentic, warm and compassionate, silly, and safe.
I would describe my approach to therapy as attachment-based and focused on the mind-body connection. I am also trained in Brainspotting, a method of therapy which enables you to access, process, and release trauma "stored" in the body.
My ultimate hope in therapy for my clients is to cultivate attunement and trust with themselves, and empowerment for their lives to reflect this.
I work primarily with young adults/adults in helping professions, those healing from burnout or trauma, and clients with self-esteem/body image concerns.
The transformations I experienced from therapy and mental health education motivate me to guide others in reclaiming their sense of self and security.
I currently offering in-person therapy at my office in Irvine (pictures below), and virtual therapy for clients located anywhere in California.
I am an LGBTQ+ affirming, culturally inclusive, and body/fat positive therapist.
