I'm a client-centered therapist, which means I follow your lead about what our goals for therapy should be. To help you get there, I share teachings from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

get clear on what changes you want to see, and what's getting in your way. Then we will work together to come up with a plan to get you were you want to be, which may include new ways of thinking, practicing new skills, or processing your past.
I specialize in working with people who:
feel like they're not living the best life they could be, or not feeling their best. Oftentimes this means a lack of motivation, procrastination, or avoiding things that are important but overwhelming.
