Something to know about my approach is that I believe healing happens in context. I consider culture, history, family, identity, and the systems we live within, while making space for your individual experience. I’m not here to fit you into a formula, but to understand what healing can look like for you.

Together we will explore the relationship between your history, identity, culture, and the ways you’ve learned to navigate the world. We will honor what helped you survive while making room for new ways of relating to yourself, your relationships, and your life.

My clients describe me as warm, down-to-earth, curious, and easy to talk to. They often appreciate that I can hold space for the complicated parts of identity, culture, family, and healing without judgment, while still bringing humor and humanity into the room.

I specialize in working with people who feel caught between who they are, who they were expected to be, and where they belong. I work with BIPOC, queer, and diaspora clients navigating identity, anxiety, intergenerational trauma, boundaries, and the process of choosing themselves without abandoning their roots.

I am passionate about supporting queer and immigrant communities to address cycles of trauma and shame while also finding a balance of self and culture.

I’m a queer Armenian therapist working with BIPOC, diaspora, and neurodiverse communities around identity, anxiety, intergenerational trauma, and self-trust. My approach is culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and rooted in curiosity, compassion, and creating space for all parts of yourself.
