My approach is very person-centered. I believe that each person shows up to therapy with their own unique needs and that therapy looks different for each person. I take an integrative approach to therapy in order to meet the needs of my clients.

Together we will explore and understand your areas of pain while also considering the impact of systemic and historic issues. Finding balance, joy, and breaking cycles is possible! Together we can work to integrate all aspects of you so you can live a more complete & full life.

Are stuck in cycles of self-criticism, judging & picking apart your body, questioning your worth, & how the world sees you. You feel like you've lived your life for others & have had to hide your wants, needs, & emotions. You feel disconnected from your body & are struggling with chronic shame, anxiety, depression, or burnout.

I became a therapist out of my passion for helping BIPOC, immigrants, and children of immigrants address cycles of trauma and shame while also finding a balance of self and culture.
