I work from a collaborative, experiential lens with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, sexual abuse, eating disorders, OCD, and trauma. I work with couples wanting to renew their love life and sexual relationship, affected by addiction, or on the brink of divorce. I am a Certified Sex Therapist and a Certified Chemical Dependency Counselor.

Together we will discover your strengths, clearly identify your challeges, and have a clear plan on how to reach your goals. I use a combination of ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy), EFT (Emotion Focused Therapy), and Client-Centered approaches. It's important that we come up together with where you'd like to be when you're done with therapy.
