Together, we’ll start to shape some goals that feel meaningful and manageable for you, creating a path forward that feels supportive and grounded.

My clients often describe me as warm, grounded, and easy to talk to. They’ve shared that they feel genuinely heard and accepted in our work together, without fear of judgment. I work with those entering adulthood, neurodivergent individuals and the LGBTQ+ community, offering a safe, affirming space where you can show up exactly as you are. We'll explore things like identity, relationships, communication, and whatever else feels important to you. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen and supported.

I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to carry the weight of generational trauma. My own experiences sparked a deep desire to understand how pain is passed dow and, more importantly, how healing can happen. That journey led me to this work, and it’s what drives my passion for supporting others as they navigate their own stories.

I’ve supported children from birth through adolescence, worked with adults navigating everything from everyday stress to complex trauma, and spent time in specialized areas like adoption and substance use. These experiences have shaped my practice and deepened my belief in meeting each person with curiosity, respect, and care.
