I am a bilingual Spanglish speaking Xicana. In our sessions together I will work towards building safety, by providing empathy and understanding.
I work from a Relational Gestalt approach in which we focus on building awareness of what is happening within you and how your environment is making an impact on you. I guide you through coping skills, mindfulness, and somatic exercises.
During our time together we can discuss a variety of topics such as anxiety, mother wounds, communication skills, boundary setting, generational trauma and ways to manage and empower yourself to thrive in your day to day.
