I use a blend of evidence-based approaches tailored to each client. With young children, I use Child-Centered Play Therapy and CBT to support emotional processing and mood regulation. With adults and couples, I draw from Psychodynamic Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems to foster insight and connection.

Together we will work toward your goals, fostering self-determination and personal growth. I believe every person has the capacity to build confidence and resilience, and through our collaboration, we will create meaningful change and strengthen your sense of self.

I specialize in working with children, teens, adults, and couples from all backgrounds. I provide a safe, inclusive space to explore challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem, and neurodivergence, supporting each client in developing coping skills, resilience, and meaningful personal growth.

I became a therapist because I am passionate about helping others navigate life’s challenges and discover their inner strength. I find it deeply rewarding to support clients in building resilience, gaining insight, and creating meaningful change, empowering them to lead more fulfilling and balanced lives.

I received both my Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Social Work from San José State University.
