Mondays to Thursdays from 7 AM to 5 PM. Earlier times may be available for the real early birds!
My clients describe me as:
someone who 'gets it' and helps them feel safe to connect with themselves in ways they haven't before. Someone who welcomes them just are they are.
Something to know about my approach is:
I will help you connect with the parts of you that are hurting, living in trauma, or stuck in unhealthy patterns, to create change and help them heal. I welcome everyone to come as they are, and help them leave with new relationships with themselves.
Together, we will:
journey into a life of true compassion, clarity, and peace. We will help you connect to your inner light to experience healing, peace, and healthy relationships. We will learn how to live from your light, and not from your fears, pains or burdens.
I specialize in working with people who:
live in the intersection of Asian American identity and mental health. Being Asian American can carry its own blend of challenges - intergenerational trauma, immigration trauma, cultural conflict, expectations, sense of identity. That's where I work.
I became a therapist because:
I experienced firsthand how pivotally important healing is, even if we are expected to pretend we are perfect. I learned there's other ways of living.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
You can literally do it from anywhere (as long that place is in California)! A lot of people really enjoy the flexibility of meeting virtually.
More about me and my practice:
I occupy both oppressed and privileged identities: a person of color, neurodivergent, immigrant, cisgender, able-bodied to name a few. Just as I am all these identities and more, I make sure my practice is a welcome space for all your identities too.
