Have anxiety and depression concerns, helping them develop their self-confidence, strengthen their independence, and bring joy and peace into their day-to-day lives. I also see clients who are struggling with major life changes (starting college, figuring out pregnancy, recent breakup), as well as LGBTQ+ clients.

I love working with people, seeing them develop their unique sense of self, independence and confidence in their own abilities over time. Forming meaningful and long lasting relationships with clients also brings me rich fulfillment within my professional career ( basically I love supporting you, so you can be your best self!).
