may be struggling with depression, anxiety, or behavioral issues. I work with children (6+), adolescents, adults, & elderly. My approach is to meet the client where they are & help reach their goals in a supportive & understanding environment.

More about me and my practice:

I founded Better Mindset Therapy in 2023 in order to provide a more personal approach to therapy. I create an authentic, welcoming atmosphere for her clients to explore their lives in a new way. I have eight years in individual therapy.
