I specialize in working with people who:

LGBTQ+ youth & adults, trans & nonbinary life experiences including transitions, ADHD & neurodivergent folks, school & career stress, processing shame & anxiety & depression, family-related stress, and communicating emotional & relational needs.

I became a therapist because:

As a queer & nonbinary person, it’s been life-changing uncovering lost parts of myself after years of shame and I enjoy giving back to my community.

I'm based in Los Angeles and offer video therapy throughout California. I'm happy to provide free consults to help us learn if we'll be a good fit.
