Hold on to stress and trauma and are ready to heal and grow. Many of my clients identify as Black or Latino and are used to downplaying or avoiding the tough experiences that come with living in this world as a person of color.

I became a therapist because:

I have gone through my own adversities and understand the journey it takes to heal the deep wounds of the past. I’m ready to help you do the same.
