I have a mindfulness and DBT (dialectical behavior therapy) skills approach. I focus on assisting clients with managing their crisis in anxiety or depression before other major issues.

Work through anxiety & depression by identifying triggers, explore stressors, help in managing being present, work toward mastering stressful moments, emotion regulation, and interpersonal relationships to help you create a life worth living.

experience anxious/depressive/traumatic thoughts, feelings and behaviors that negatively impact their every day lives or impacts their ability to feel their version of normal

I have been practicing for about 10 years. Along with therapy, I offer consultations for paperwork and forms for other therapists hoping to build their practice and will soon have a mindfulness course for others to use.
