I use a mind and body-integrated approach to healing, such as increasing awareness of the Gut-Brain connection and incorporating Mindfulness practices along with CBT.

Our mental health experiences are interconnected with the workings of our body and healing is a whole system process. Therapy with me will focus on helping you identify and shift patterns of thinking, feeling, and behavior that have kept you stuck.

My emphasis is on human flourishing and helping you create a life with meaning. We talk about values, and dive into root causes of issues.

I work with people who have lifelong complex trauma and adversities, such as from their childhood or from narcissistic abuse. I work with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, chronic stress., and life transitions.

I've faced traumas in my childhood and therapy and therapeutic relationships changed my life. I want to help others heal and truly flourish.
