want to stop criticizing and judging themselves so that they can find relief and rhythm in their lives. I also love working with couples who need a communication boost, or need to create deep healing. I bring a trauma-informed lens to all my work.

More about me and my practice:

My first career was in theater arts and design and I love bringing a creative perspective into my work. When I'm not doing therapy, you might find me directing a play that has a mental health focus at the local Ventura County theater I am a part of.
