My approach is grounded in behaviorism and mindfulness, and I draw mostly from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). These theories resonate with me because they foster self-compassion and self-empowerment.
Increase your awareness and acceptance of your thoughts, feelings, and urges—especially when they're hard to accept. At the same time, we'll work on shifting your actions in the direction of your core values.
Are struggling with anxiety, stress, perfectionism, sleep issues, panic attacks, grief, life transitions, relationship problems, and more, and are ready to take action to change coping patterns and start making meaningful behavioral changes.

I currently only offer online sessions, via a HIPAA-compliant video platform (meaning your privacy is protected).
I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation to see if we're a good fit. If we are, then we'll schedule an intake session to discuss your background and decide on goals. Sessions are weekly, and may continue for just a few weeks or several months.
