figure out what you want, what you need and make a plan to get there. We will practice skills for feeling calm and clear. How about the past stuff? Together we will address those experiences in a way that keeps them from coming back to haunt you.
I specialize in working with people who:
have experienced past hurts and incidents that are still bothersome and in the way of who they want to be today. Using EMDR I help people get unstuck, feel less impacted by those events, and increase confidence in their lives moving forward.
