I assist clients in identifying needs currently met through unhealthy patterns of coping and find alternative coping mechanisms. I assist clients in identifying and reframing destructive thoughts patterns.

Through the use of thought reframing, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness and emotional exploration, I assist clients in gaining insight and confidence in their ability to address difficult emotions.

I strongly believe in providing a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, take an individualized approach and create a safe space for for each client.

My specialties include anxiety and depression, ADHD, life transitions, parenting/pregnancy/postpartum, self esteem, substance use/addiction and disordered eating/body image.
