I specialize in assisting individuals with their self-image, work and school stress, substance abuse, social anxiety, anxiety in general, parenting, as well as various types of relationship issues.

My goal is to provide a space where individuals can be themselves and openly express themselves without fear of judgement.

A little background on me is I worked as a paraeducator and a behavior intern for a juvenile facility for 20 years. There I worked with juveniles helping them to find effective ways to communicate.
