I specialize in working with people navigating trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, substance use, suicidal ideation, PTSD, and life transitions. I've had the honor of supporting adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where healing can begin and growth becomes possible.

I became a therapist because I’ve always felt called to support those facing mental health and substance use challenges. From the very beginning, I knew I wanted to create a space where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to heal—no matter where they are in their journey.

I am also a certified alcohol and drug counselor III (CADCIII). I received my bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2019 and I earned my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling in 2024.
