I’m known for creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their challenges, build insight, and take meaningful steps toward healing and growth.

I work with adults, couples, service members/veterans, and military families. I help clients navigate are anxiety, self-esteem, depression, stress, relationship challenges, communication issues, conflict resolution, addiction, trauma, guilt, shame, breakups, grief and loss, and adjusting to life changes.

I became a therapist because I’ve always been deeply curious about the human experience and passionate about helping others navigate life’s complexities. I’ve seen how powerful it can be to have someone truly listen and walk alongside you during difficult moments.

When I’m not working, I enjoy gardening, nature walks, fishing, and camping with my family—activities that help me recharge. I earned my Master of Social Work from the USC Suzanne Dworak- Peck School of Social Work in 2018.
