I am mind-body focused in my approach, often bringing together mindfulness, meditation, and movement into the therapy experience. In therapy with me, you will learn to notice body sensations that my be connected to an emotional state.

I specialize in working with people who experience anxiety, depression, feelings of worthlessness or have been impacted by traumatic life events. It is an honor to witness the courage, hope and change process of therapy.

I became a therapist because:

I became a therapist because of my own personal experiences with therapy and the really supportive roles each of those therapists played in my life.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer both on-line and in person therapy. When I am on-line, I love the opportunity to meet my clients pets--cats, dogs, guinea pigs, birds!
