My clients say I'm easy to talk to and helpful in a grounded, calm approach.
My practice focuses on providing mental health and wellness services through a nontraditional, emotionally supportive lens. I meet people where they are and have real conversations, using empathy, humor, and a solution-focused approach.
Together we'll look at what's challenging you, how your past, environment, thoughts & emotions are affecting these challenges, & work through ways to adjust things that are no longer serving you. I'm big on setting boundaries & healthy communication!
I'm here to help you (or your teen) with issues related to the path to "adulting". This could include identity development, LGBTQ+ issues, coping with mood concerns, substance use, creating boundaries, managing relationships, or other stressors.
I am a queer-identifying, LGBTQ+-affirming therapist and also have expertise in providing support around alcohol and other substance use. My work is non-judgmental and accepting of each person's unique experience.
