My approach is warm, supportive, and focused on helping you find the time, space, and tools to help you outside of therapy. We will explore what’s happening underneath the surface. I have a holistic approach to help adjust to your changing needs.

The first few sessions we will get to know one another and focus on developing a safe and trusting relationship. You have been doing it alone for too long, we will work together to change that. We will identify your values and make goals and plans to help you work towards the life you want and deserve.

I work with clients who are struggling to quiet their minds, feel constantly on edge, and worried things won't change. My clients are tired of being stuck in survival mode. They want to enjoy life, not just feel like they are going through the motions. They're tired of feeling ashamed and helpless.

I've been the person who was desperately trying to hold it all together, while internally questioning how much longer things could continue on that way. I am no stranger to feeling alone during the tough times. I am passionate about helping my clients feel seen, valued, and supported.

Come as you are. Showing up is hard enough, so if you need or want to wear your comfiest clothes, sip on a refreshing drink, or be accompanied by a furry friend, I'll encourage you to do what feels right for you. I am dedicated to providing a non-judgmental space where you can put down some of the things that have been weighing you down outside of therapy.
