Lindsey Garber

My approach is warm, supportive, and focused on helping you find the time, space, and tools to help you outside of therapy. I’ll help you understand what’s happening underneath the surface. I have an eclectic and holistic approach. I offer insights about different modalities and adjust according to your present needs.

The first few sessions we will get to know one another and focus on developing a safe and trusting relationship. Together we will identify triggers, process past experiences and trauma, and develop and practice healthy coping skills. We will identify your values and make goals and plans to help you work towards the life you want and deserve.

Supportive, warm, welcoming, and empathetic.

I work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. My clients might be used to doing everything on their own, while silently hoping for some relief. My clients want to enjoy life, not just feel like they are going through the motions.

I've been the person who was desperately trying to hold it all together, while internally questioning how much longer things could continue on that way. I am no stranger to feeling alone with mental health struggles. I am passionate about helping my clients feel seen and supported.

Come as you are. Showing up is hard enough, so if you need or want to wear your comfiest clothes, sip on a refreshing drink, or be accompanied by a furry friend, I'll encourage you to do what feels right for you. I am dedicated to providing a non-judgmental space where you can put down some of the things that have been weighing you down outside of therapy.
