Supportive, reliable, compassionate, and empathetic. I want to facilitate a place where you feel comfortable to express your thoughts and feelings.
Something to know about my approach is:
I aim to create a collaborative environment, one where you feel in control of your sessions and the direction you want to explore each week. I will not push you beyond your limits or pressure you to talk about topics you are not ready to dive into.
Together, we will:
Explore what brings you to therapy, the goals you want to set for yourself, and the steps you want to take in order to meet those goals.
I specialize in working with people who:
are adults experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress, or are navigating life transitions. I also work with couples who are seeking support around communication, intimacy, infidelity, and divorce.
I became a therapist because:
I wanted to create a space where my clients can be vulnerable and accepted for exactly who they are and what they bring to each session.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
At this time I offer therapy remotely, however, I do have a space in San Francisco that could potentially be used if it works in both our schedules.
More about me and my practice:
I created this practice because I believe everyone deserves a place to be heard, seen, and accepted. I am here to support you in your journey of healing from a nonjudgmental and nurturing place.
