OFFERS REMOTE THERAPY
My clients describe me as:
Empathic, insightful, warm, compassionate, accepting, open-minded, and informed. Some say I have a good sense of humor, but you can be the judge!
Something to know about my approach is:
I will meet you where you're at. The fact that you're even here right now is huge! But showing up to therapy isn't always easy. I'm patient and won't make you go further than you're ready to go, though I may gently nudge every once in a while.
Together, we will:
Examine how your past affects your present. Find ways to break old patterns to increase your happiness and life satisfaction. Work on gaining an even deeper understanding of yourself. We might also enjoy funny (and relevant) memes together!
I specialize in working with people who:
"Can't" turn their brain off. Worry about the same thing over and over. Are stressed and overwhelmed. Struggle motivating themselves. Want to say no and not feel guilty. Are scared to be themselves. Yearn for more confidence. Love Schitt's Creek.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
It's 100% virtual! I know, most therapists offer telehealth nowadays. I've been 100% virtual since 2019 because I truly believe in its efficacy.
More about me and my practice:
I recognize my privilege as white, cishet, and able-bodied. I am an ally for Black Lives Matter, HAES, and folx who identify as LGBTQ+. My practice is certified as a CA Green Business. I also speak pretty good Spanish and very poor German.
