Through incorporating EMDR therapy, parts work, mindfulness-practices, and polyvagal awareness, we will move from self-critical & self-deprecating beliefs to a more authentic you who no longer need to base their self-worth on external validation, embody a sense of quiet confidence, and can view yourself and others with much more kindness and compassion.

My main modality is EMDR therapy, a neurobiological approach that targets difficult memories from the past that form problematic patterns and affect interpersonal relationships in the present. I also use IFS and parts work to help you befriend and develop self-compassion for all parts that, at times, have been in conflict and causing internal turmoil.

Previous clients expressed feeling seen and cared for in our time together. My clients have vocalized that my compassionate, thoughtful, and grounded presence creates a warm and safe atmosphere where they can finally let their defenses down. Clients have also shared that my humor and authenticity help them feel more at ease in our therapeutic relationship.
