that my approach to therapy is client-centered and collaborative.I believe that the rapport I have with my clients is one of the most vital components of treatment and we as a team collaborate on goals for therapy.
Together, we will:
focus on a variety of themes including life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem challenges, emotional dysregulation, stress management, trauma and inner child work in effort to support you in your healing journey.
I specialize in working with people who:
identify as a people of color, specifically teen and women who are looking to overcome anxiety, life transitions, stress, depression, emotional dysregulation, overwhelm and who identify as highly sensitive.
I became a therapist because:
as a highly sensitive person of color who lacked access to mental health resources during upbringing, this work is where I belong.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I am conveniently available for telehealth and in-person services.
