As a highly sensitive person, I'm LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, and CNM/Poly partnership-affirming. My clients describe me as authentic and grounded.

I'm trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and am IFS-informed. I work from a non-pathological framework. With sensitivity and directness, I help you heal childhood trauma, navigate pregnancy/postpartum anxieties, and relate life transitions.

The task of reparenting yourself is knowing safety in relationships and in your body. Together, we will examine wounded and abandoned parts of yourself so you gain self-trust, clarity in all of your identities, and confidently work through conflicts.

My clients are couples navigating painful disconnection after a massive transition into parenthood, women facing pregnancy and postpartum anxieties, and those who wish to heal from childhood trauma in a sensitive yet direct manner.

As a mother, I've been challenged with reparenting myself as an adult. I'm aware of codependent behaviors because of experiences of attachment wounds.

I provide in-person sessions in Highland Park, Los Angeles and virtual sessions to those residing anywhere in California.
