Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays
My clients describe me as:
easy to talk to and friendly. I hope to share a warm, supportive and compassionate environment where we can discover deeper clarity about ourselves.
Something to know about my approach is:
I offer in-depth, insight-oriented, and relationship-centered therapy. I wouldn't say I'm here to “fix” you, but rather to co-create a space where your most authentic self can be awakened into reality no matter how bitter, sour, or sweet.
Together, we will:
have opportunities to talk about and make sense of loneliness, toxic shame, culture, identity, loss, gender, sexuality, trauma, spirituality, interpersonal or relational challenges, acculturation, attachment, aging, adult development, and purpose.
I specialize in working with people who:
are navigating adulthood (quarter, mid-life, and late life transitions). I also focus on examining psychospiritual adversities in aging or adult development, gender and sexuality diversity, chronic loneliness, insecure attachment, and identity.
I became a therapist because:
of confronting personal experiences and community stories of shame and loneliness, transforming them to compassion, connection, and resilience.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
it can be done virtually across California, Florida, Pennsylvania, or in-person right next to LAX, easily accessible when flying in from these states.
More about me and my practice:
I blend clinical social work with anthropology and public health, focusing on holistic healing across all life domains. Valuing perspectivism, we co-create space for authentic self-discovery, leading to greater self-esteem, purpose, and fulfillment.
