My therapy approach uses techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT) , interpersonal therapy (IPT) and person centered therapy with a healing centered , anti-racist and culturally sustaining approach.

I became a therapist because:

I believe everyone has the power to heal from their trauma wounds by going to therapy. Being connected with the right therapist is important to grow.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

On Fridays, I offer in person sessions in West LA. I also offer therapy through the video calls folks in Florida and all of CA for easy access.
