Calm, wise, effective, present, kind, and professional. Clients would describe me as an active therapist with a great memory who is effective.
"The best knowledge you could ever attain is knowing yourself." - Chanel Halimi. I am kind of like a therapist meets life coach. I am active, very present, will make suggestions, and will teach you a lot.
I will not only help you feel more at peace with the current issue(s) you are struggling with, but I will also help you become the person you dream of being in this world. I offer a free 10-15 minute phone or zoom consultation to prospective clients.
I specialize in working with people 18-45, struggling with a few different things. From career dissatisfaction to relationships, past trauma, moving to a new city, family conflict, guilt, anxiety attacks, and LGBTQ challenges, I work with it all.
I believe this is meaningful work that matters. I love the connections I make with clients, and seeing my clients become happier and healthier.
My approach! I use a lot of writing exercises and trauma work in addition to talk therapy, which clients find to be illuminating and powerful.
I have an expertise in helping people seek career passion and purpose. I've created a workshop for clients on this particular subject, which integrates career coaching and psychology. If this is something you are seeking, please let me know.
