At my core I am a strengths based, client centered therapist who uses techniques from CBT, mindfulness, & brainspotting. My approach is collaborative, I ask what you want to focus on each session and tailor it to what works for you and your needs.

May be re-evaluating their relationship with food and their body, struggle with managing their feelings or tolerating uncertainty, or who may want to process experiences where they felt helpless, terrified, or traumatized.
