My practice is called Cascade Clarity Psychological Services. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you make small changes that CASCADE to many aspects of your life. I use Mindfulness and Self-Compassion approaches to help you gain CLARITY.
Together, we will:
explore problem areas you are struggling with and identify coping tools and make behavior changes to reduce your distress. We will also practice mindfulness and self-compassion to help you connect with your core being, so you can live authentically.
