Q&A
a warm, consistent presence you can be your full self with, who can hold your deepest pain and guide you toward a healthier, happier way of being.
I am most known for being an attachment trauma specialist and help those who grew up in dysfunctional families break out of toxic family patterns. I offer EMDR to those are interested and a good fit for that modality.
By working together to quiet your inner critic and develop deeper intimacy with yourself and others, we can set a new course toward a more inspired, self-assured way of being that will reverberate throughout all areas of your life.
I may be a good fit for you if you tend to struggle with work-life balance, people pleasing, perfectionism, chronic stress, dissatisfaction with your relationships, and a sense of emptiness or wanting more.
In-person therapy can allow you to feel the impact of your patterns more directly. My cozy downtown office supports an embodied experience of therapy.
My work with clients involves somatic & relational approaches to healing trauma. By blending evidence-based treatment with intuitive, artistic and nature-based methods, we can create a space for your deepest, wildest, most creative self to be known.
