I am very active and engaged in session with reflections and gentle challenges. I use evidence-based tools, skills, neuroscience education + somatic work, mindfulness, intuition, creativity blended w/ each client's unique strengths + gifts.

Explore the stories connected to emotions to gain the "aha" insights that empower you to change undesirable thoughts and behaviors. Insights unlock personal power; learning coping skills/tools (mindfulness, CBT, somatics, breathwork) maintain peace.

Feel misunderstood, have low self-worth, difficulty managing anxiety, and want to learn tools + improve their relationships. I often work with creatives (actors/writers/musicians/artists), HSPs, empaths, neurodivergent, intuitive & spiritual folks.

My own healing journey catalyzed a calling to guide + empower others toward healing. I weave my personal + professional backgrounds into our work.

I am trauma-informed, holistic, and affirmative. I use evidence-based tools/skills but also effectively use other other practices such as EFT/tapping, expressive arts, free writing, creating ceremony + ritual, tarot, dream work & guided meditations.
