Explore stories and emotions + learn coping skills/exercises (CBT, mindfulness, compassion) to gain awareness and insights that empower you to change undesirable thoughts and behaviors. Together, we'll transform stress, self-esteem & relationships.

I specialize in working with people who:

Feel misunderstood, have low self-worth, difficulty managing anxiety, and want to improve their relationships. I most often work with creatives (actors/writers/musicians/artists), HSPs, empaths, neurodivergent, intuitives, and spiritual folks.

I became a therapist because:

I answered my soul calling as a Wounded Healer from my own experiences from childhood through adulthood as a trauma survivor, both CPTSD and PTSD.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

Online therapy allows for accessibility + comfort; in-person therapy in our Los Feliz office is nearby highways + walkable shops/cafes after session!

More about me and my practice:

I am trauma-informed, holistic, and affirmative. I use evidence-based tools/skills but also effectively use other other practices such as EFT/tapping, expressive arts, free writing, creating ceremony + ritual, tarot, dream work & guided meditations.
