Able to follow client lead and join the journey with the client. I will not push or challenge you unless needed. I am patient and able to listen without judgement. I can use humor when needed and to help develop rapport.

Will go over what you want to in therapy. We may have set goals to do, but if that is not what you want to focus on initially, we won't. We will use approaches you feel comfortable with and use them at a pace that is fine for you.

Are having trouble navigating through life. Whether it is time management, anxiety, stress, depression, or other issues that are causing challenges, we will work together on them so you can feel confident in getting through them easier.

I became a therapist because:

I know what it is like to struggle and need help. I know what it is like to need advocates to help be a voice and I can do that for you too.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

The location is at a park with a field, skatepark, tennis courts, and a walking path.

More about me and my practice:

I use play-based approaches to help clients. I am in a certification course to be a Registered Play Therapist (RPT) and an AutPlay Therapist. I can use these approaches to help clients with Autism and Neurodivergent issues and help them thrive.
