Explore what you haven't yet had a chance to express or explore. Challenge self-defeating thought patterns. Invite emotional freedom and literacy. Help you ask for what you want in your relationships and life. Support you in finding ease and freedom.

I specialize in working with people who:

Want to feel more at home in themselves, and more at peace with their past and present. Struggle with feeling less than or conflicted about their right to assert themselves. Struggle with difficult-to-explain moods or anxious feelings.

I became a therapist because:

I care passionately about helping people become more themselves, and liberating them from shame or judgment that can so often burden us from the past.
