I consider the power dynamics in people's lives and the society we live in. The client is the expert in their own lives and I am a collaborator. I do narrative therapy and somatic approaches. I utilize both talk therapy and deep brain processing.

I was always curious about about human lives and also entrenched with other peoples perspectives I feel fulfilled being in a career that helps people!

Unlike many therapy modalities, I also incorporate deep brain-based work that helps where talk therapy cant.

I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions. The type of therapies I use works just as well whether it's online or in person.
