Building rapport my clients and cultivating a connection, warm, and safe therapeutic relationship is the most essential piece to the work.
Mostly using a strengths-based approach, I challenge perspective and explore negative thinking traps with CBT, patterns in relationships, trauma in the past and present, and help clients better understand themselves and their emotions using ACT.
Exploring new and different coping skills to manage depression, stress, and anxiety, triggers to maladaptive coping skills, emotional regulation, treatment goals, relationship issues and patterns, family dynamics, and inner-child work.
I work with individuals facing challenges such as addiction, anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing tendencies, relationship issues, and trauma. Taking a trauma-informed approach, I help clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves.
The flexibility of schedule and the training of trauma-focused therapy and skills.
I take insurance for virtual sessions, for in person sessions it will be private pay.
