identify as LGBTQIA+ as they face challenges related to their identity. Adolescents who are making meaning of their world. Adults from all communities, seeking support in improving their overall mental health and wellbeing.

I became a therapist because:

I have first-hand experience of the power that connection, especially in therapy, can provide. I want to share that magic with others.
