Before becoming a therapist, I was a voice teacher. I quickly realized my students wanted more than a voice lesson: they craved a safe place to express their feelings

Exploring sexuality and gender, LGBTQ+ affirming, polyamory and open relationships, non monogamy, kink, and BDSM, communication, boundary setting.

I specialize in working with people who:

I work with adults and couples of various sexual orientations, gender identities, relationship dynamics, and lifestyles. I’m sex-positive, kink-allied, and gender-affirming, and I specialize in supporting couples where one partner is on the spectrum.

I became a therapist because:

I felt called to give people a comforting environment to embody, explore, and learn about themselves without judgment or shame.

I facilitate conversations instead of simply asking, “How does that make you feel?” drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commit
