I am direct and work well with teens, young adults, and young families. I am considered a Bowen Family Therapist that utilizes family sessions often.

My approach is direct and insightful. I utilize a blend of CBT, Solution Focused and Bowen Family Therapy. Standard pace of treatment consists of 3 individual sessions with the target client and then a family session every 4th meeting.

Together we will adress any challenge that you find you wish to work on. I have extensive experience addressing substance abuse, new couples therapy, teenage mental health, and mental health disorders.

I specialize working with people who struggle with mental health, substance use, and emotional control. I have significant experience working with couples in early marriage, transitioning aged youth, and significant mental health disorders.

I wanted to help address the problems of early marriage for couples and assist those struggling with mental health concerns.
